Q. How do you ship?
Most in-stock items ship same day within the Continental United States depending on current shipping volume and excluding weekends and Holidays. Please allow three days for processing. The shipment carriers available for your shipping location will be displayed at checkout. You will be asked to select a carrier at checkout. In-Stock products ship Same Day (*Same day shipping refers to orders placed before 2pm U.S. Eastern Time, All orders received after 2pm U.S. Eastern time ship next day (excluding Weekends and U.S Holidays). Shipping Cost is based on weight specifications of the selected carrier. USPS First Class Package delivery is available for orders under 13oz in weight. USPS Priority Mail will be the only standard shipping option for orders over 13oz. All orders shipped within the Continental United States by USPS Priority Mail should be received within (3) three business days from the date it was shipped. Items shipped USPS First Class Mail should be received within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date it was shipped. However, we can not control shipping delays by your selected carrier once the package is shipped. You will need to contact the carrier for any discrepancies or delays using the Tracking number provided to you by email at time of shipping. *Please note: All International orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Q. Express Delivery Shipping?
Most items are available to be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Express Delivery shipping method. Please note that you can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business days "After Leaving Our warehouse". (For Some cities refer to United State Postal Service delivery times. It may take up to 2 business days) Order Processing Time remains the same as Standard Packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. Federal holidays.
Q. What is your return policy?
All claims for discrepancies and damages must be reported within five (5) business days of Receipt of merchandise. We must receive the returned item within 30 Days of Purchase.
