Q. How do I know the right size to buy?

A Size Guide will always be displayed on the product page below the product and item description. * For Best fit, Please ensure you view the Size Guide prior to ordering. 

Q. How do you ship?

We use USPS and UPS for all retail orders. The shipment methods available for your shipping location will be displayed at checkout. You will be asked to select a carrier at checkout. Most orders ship same day; however, all confirmed orders are shipped no later than 72 hours excluding Weekends/ Holidays. All orders shipped within the Continental United States by USPS Priority Mail should be received within (3) three business days from the date it was shipped. Items shipped USPS First Class Mail should be received within Five to Seven business days from the date it was shipped. 

Q. Express Delivery Shipping?

Most items are available to be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Express Delivery shipping method. You can use the calculate shipping costs bar for rates based on your shipping selection on the checkout page prior to ordering. Please note that you can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business days "After Leaving Our warehouse". (For Some cities refer to United State Postal Service delivery times. It may take up to 2 business days) Order Processing Time remains the same as Standard Packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. Federal holidays.  

Q. Where do you ship From?

We Ship from one of our three warehouses located within the Continental United States. Depending on stock inventory, it may be necessary to fulfill your order from separate warehouse locations. By purchasing products from our website you understand and agree that you may receive split shipments. A tracking number will be provided for all shipped items. You will be notified if your order is coming from different locations and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment location.  

Q. What is your return policy?

All claims for discrepancies and damages must be reported within five (5) business days of Receipt of merchandise.
